Return Guideline

If your purchase is for a regular priced item and your shipping address is within Canada, you can mail your item back to us with no reason for a refund under our authorization. The stamp of the return shipping must be within 14 calendar days from receipt of your item. We do not accept return mailed from out of Canada. The returning shipping cost is the responsibility of customer.  All return must be sent back to us or our affiliate in unused condition with the original package and documentation. A return authorization code must be obtained by email prior to sending the returning product back to us. To facilitate the process of return, you will need to send us a notification once the returning parcel has been sent. The detailed instruction will be available on the packing list coming along with your parcel.

PLEASE NOTE: We guarantee that we will send you the item that we describe following the information from its manufacturer, but we do not guarantee that the item you purchase will fit your needs. Each ordered product must be inspected thoroughly before being shipped out to you. However, if in fact we did make a mistake sending you the wrong product, or in the proven case of product was defective or damaged from the manufacturer, we will rectify the situation, either getting you the correct item with no extra charge, or processing a full refund including shipping charges back and forth. We will require that the incorrect item to be sent back to us first for the inspection.

Refund & Processing Time

A refund for a return will be the original order total including applicable taxes of the return item minus the shipping charge and applicable taxes. Your refund will be processed reversely through the original method of payment. For example, if you paid by your Visa card, the refund will be credited to that Visa card. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise without any issue, we will process the refund via Paypal within ONE business day. You will receive the confirmation by email from us and Paypal immediately once the refund is issued, but please note that we have no control to the processing time that your refund takes to post on your banking account after it is issued via Paypal.

Exchange

We do not offer an operation of exchange. Once the return of your previous order has been finalized, you can always place a new order for the item you wish to purchase.

No return on order shipped to destination out of Canada except in case of defective or damaged merchandise from manufacturer is proven.

Shipping & Cost

All orders will be shipped from us or our affiliate within ONE business day guaranteed once they have been received properly(except special notice available when order is being placed). Please note that your order may be partially shipped from different locations if it contains more than one item. We offer very competitive rates for shipping worldwide. There are two kinds of flat rate for different purposes:

1. Easy Way - CAD15.00/Per Item: When this way is selected, a freight of CAD15.00 will be added to every item you add in your shopping cart.

2. Best Way - CAD55.00/In Total: Regardless the quantity of your purchase, for example, you may buy 4 pairs of shoes and 2 handbags in one purchase, the shipping cost will be set at CAD55.00 in total.

We use Canada Post as our primary courier. Shipments within Canada & U.S. will be sent by Expedited Parcel Service which is online trackable and taking 1 to 10 business days for deliveries. Shipments go out of Canada & U.S. will be sent by International Parcel Air or Surface based on the method selected by customer. Air service takes between 6 and 10 business days for deliveries while Surface service takes from 1 to 3 months depending on destinations. Please keep in mind that the International Parcel service is not trackable, once the parcel has been accepted by Canada Post, we will not be responsible for any missing or damage occurred to the parcel, we will not be responsible for any extra handling cost, tax or duty occurred in the destination country.

If in fact you have provided a wrong shipping address, or you may miss the delivery, or you may refuse the delivery and cause a RETURN TO SENDER service by Canada Post, the cost of RETURN TO SENDER will be your responsibility.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars - CAD. Please keep in mind that our prices may fluctuate from time to time based on the cost of sale and other factors(for instance, currency rate). We do not offer price match with other merchants. We do not offer price protection to items we sold if they are restocked with lower prices.

We use Paypal as the gateway to receive payments worldwide. When you place an order, you must be redirected to a secure Paypal page to complete the payment procedure. Our website does not collect banking information from customers. With Paypal, even you do not have a Paypal account, you can still pay us by credit cards(Visa, Master, Discover and American Express) or bank transfers in 18 currencies. Paypal is one of the most leading gateways protecting both buyers and sellers dealing online. It is easier, faster and safer.
